Service Description
Communication is at the core of relationships: it starts with our kids and continues at our workplace. This interactive workshop helps working parents recognise their communication style under pressure, stay calm in tense moments and set boundaries respectfully, at home and at work. Grounded in Nonviolent Communication and nervous-system science, it uses real-life scenarios and feedback loops. Two formats: 90 minutes (CHF 3'800) or 2.5 hours (CHF 5'800), for up to 20 participants, in English, German, French or Italian. Get in touch to tailor it to your organisation.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. For our courses, no more than 2 sessions can be rescheduled.
